The Fruit Cake is a traditional recipe, handed down from generations.
All receipes use the best ingredients available. We soak all fruit for the Christmas Cake in Paddy's Irish whiskey with oranges and apples for 48 hours.  The cake is then slowly baked to retain all the sweet juice from the fruit. Finally, it is glazed with apricot jam, followed by our own recipe of almond paste and iced with  fondant icing. The decorations are made using only edible ingredients for the top.
Personalise the cake for your friends or family.  Our most popular is snowmen sitting on stars with the family names on each star.
