Cookery Camp
My daughter Katie Daisy attended foodglorious Food cookery camp, kd had great fun, while learning how to cook, it felt so good as a parent to see my child look so proud at the amazing meals she had created, giving her a new confidence and life long interest in cooking. I would highly recommend this hands on cookery camp

Operations Transformation
"For the fourth year running it has been my pleasure to hire Adrienne Hickey as the food consultant and stylist for Operation Transformation on RTE1.
Each year we need to shoot cooking tutorial videos & promotional stills for 43 dishes …. Adrienne's skills have played a key role in making this happen. Adrienne's ability to source and prepare ingredients was definitely put to the test on this production and was never found wanting. Her presentation skills have allowed each dish to shine and look its very best. I cannot recommend Adrienne highly enough for her reliability, professionalism, creativity and good humor. “Not only did she come up with interesting seasonal dishes based around local suppliers (this sounds easier than you think - many caterers often want to stick with their 'tried and tested' suppliers), she also had loads of good ideas on presentation. At the same time, she was practical about the pluses and minuses of various choices - something that only comes with huge experience in what she does. Adrienne managed to marry funkiness with wholesome, honest-to-goodness - a combination which blew people away on the day.
